"We plan to come back. This was a great place for 3 couples. We had a little problem with bugs but nothing we couldn’t handle. Close to the bay and everything we wanted. Definitely a good experience. Recommend"

"Location was very convenient to all the beaches and hiking! 4 stars for the location and price compared to other options, but be aware that the amenities are pretty basic. The house was adequately sized for our family of four but teens found the beds very small. (Room w 2 twins is clearly geared towards littles, w kitschy Tinkerbell lamps.) As others mentioned, bathroom repairs are needed (instead of fixing the running toilet, they just removed the flusher entirely, plus we noted a few other...

"We had a great time at Stephen’s home. It’s very spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen is beautiful and was great for preparing meals. It’s a great spot to start for a bike ride to the dune trails and an easy walk into town. "

"We spent a month at this property in the fall. Everything was as advertised, and the host, Kate, could not have been nicer or any more accommodating. The house is full of Cape Cod charm. The location is peaceful, yet very convenient to everything Wellfleet has to offer. "

"The house was perfect for 9 people with ample space, but a little dated. It had a "chalet in the Alps" vibe. The linens included are a big perk. "Amazing property and location. Very quiet neighborhood with amazing night sky view. Hot tub was perfect and the property manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the jacuzzi and it was fixed the next day. "
