"Looking at the building condition, this property seems to be very old but maintained as clean as possible. Breakfast was made fresh daily but you get the same items throughout your stay. Staff was really good and helpful. Location is easily accessible by walk to multiple restuarants and condado beach as well. Street parking is available depending on your luck. Overall a good stay."

"I can't recommend this place highly enough. I was traveling with my 70 year old mother and 14 year old daughter over Christmas week. We didn't have a rental car so we were worried about how it would work out, but John and his son were so incredibly helpful and generous with recommendations. "The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience."

"The Rainforest Inn is in a class all by itself. The location is convenient to El Yunque Rainforest hikes and easy to get to. The accommodations (and fresh-tasty breakfast) are first rate. "Ok hotel på stranden. Hotellet er ikke nyt placering ok men tæt på lufthavnen og startbanen så kan du ikke lide lyden af startende fly er dette ikke et hotel for dig. Men i forhold til de to nabo hoteller er prisen kun det halve og stranden er jo lige så god. Intercontinental har en dejlig strandbar 100 meter fra hotellet som vi brugte. Flere restauranter i området."

"I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much...
