"We had a wonderful 5 days. My husband played golf, I walked the grounds every day. The pools were amazing and the service was attentive and concerned. We ate at all of the restaurants and can highly recommend them. The nightly entertainment in the bar was especially enjoyable. All of the musicians were top notch. We will return!"

"The Doubletree is located in the Condado neighbourhood but not in an especially charming setting. The Asford avenue, however, is only 5 minutes walk away and the vibrant Santurce area is also close. A taxi to old town will cost you 20 USD, and Uber 12-15. As a plus - if you need to buy groceries etc. - there is a mayor supermarket just in front of the hotel. "The gate to the beach was locked in the late evening and wasn't opened until in the morning. We'd been hoping for a stroll along the beach after dinner, but that wasn't to be. The pools were off limits during that time aswel. When the pool finally opened in the morning, they started cleaning the pool and garden with noisy machines. Maybe our timing was just unlucky. "The self parking is 15 per day, but it gives freedom to travel around. The property is well maintained and the house keeping is very prompt. The breakfast was good and offers continental with made to order omelets. The beach is small but beautiful. The other beaches are all at driving distance. The pool is good size. The complimentary drink and snacks in the evening is great."

"Hotel is 4 km from Rincon. We enjoyed staying in the rainforest. Our upgrade had a beautiful balcony that looked over the pool and sunset. Ode to Elephants, Thai restaurant on site, was very good. Room was pleasant and service excellent. We loved our stay."
