Located in the tranquil setting near pristine, non-motor boat Roaring Brook Lake, the house draws aesthetic inspiration from the lake's pristine waters and the lush, wooded landscapes that envelop it.

The design incorporates subdued tones of blue and green, which not only enhance the visual coherence of the space but also foster a calming atmosphere. The various living spaces range from bright and airy to dark and moody, with each area thoughtfully designed to encourage relaxation and well-being.
The vaulted living room overlooking the sprawling lawn is a bright gathering space with a comfortable searing group grounded by a beautiful gas fireplace. This space connects seamlessly to a dark-toned, fully customized kitchen and dining area that is spaciously programmed enabling effortless meal preparation and dining experiences with family and friends.

Each of the home’s bedrooms is designed with a focus on ultimate comfort. The primary suite features rich, dark hues creating a serene sanctuary that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation while others are outfitted in lighter tones layered with natural and calming tones and textures.

Furthermore, the home includes a dedicated media room, complemented by an adjacent custom-built bunk room and full bath. This versatile hangout space on the entry level of the house is designed to provide entertainment and enjoyment for both children and adults alike. It features a comfortable sectional sofa and a large screen TV for a cozy movie night and cabinets are filled with board games and puzzles.

Outdoor living at this property is what makes this retreat so special. The main living room level of the house is flanked by spacious decks on both sides of the property. The front deck is light-filled and offers a great view of the lawn and sunset viewing while the rear one is more private and offers a grilling space, dining and lounge seating but most importantly the pool.

The outdoors are further enhanced by a fire firepit that’s surrounded by adirondack chairs for a relaxing evening by the fire and for those wanting a day nap a hammock will be the perfect spot.

Located on Roaring Brook Lake in Putnam Valley NY, the house within an hour drive of Manhattan and surrounded by endless hiking trails, farms and lakes. Roaring Brook Lake is non motor boat lake with five beaches and is perfect for swimming, fishing and water fun.

Beacon – 30 minute drive
West Point - 40 minute drive

Bedrooms:
All bedroom have comfortable memory dresses, cotton bedding, down fill pillows with comforters and blankets. Shades and blinds offer privacy and sun control at all room.
Primary with ensuite bathroom at level 2 (main level of the house): 1 x king size bed, dresser, closets, TV, lounge chair, window seat
Bunk room at level 1 (entry/garage level) : 4 x twin bed, dresser
Bedroom 1 at level 3: 1 x queen size bed, closet, lounge chair
Bedroom 2 at level 3: 1 x queen size bed, closet, window seat
Office at level 3 may be used as a nursery with blackout shades installed. Accommodates 2 pack n plays (available for guest use).

Bathrooms:
Full size bathrooms are located at each of the levels and have tub/shower combos with level 1 bathroom featuring a deep soaker tub in a spa like bathroom.
Cotton towels and organic soaps are available in all bathrooms.
Hair dryers are located in all bathrooms.
Baby bathtub is available for guests use.

Kitchen:
The custom-built kitchen is centrally located and features an oversized marble island perfect for cooking and gatherings.
Equipped with all new high-end Bosch appliances, the kitchen includes a 36” refrigerator with ice maker, 36” induction range and dishwasher. Microwave is tucked into the pantry cabinet. Small appliances like toaster, blender, food processor are all located with the drawer along with all sorts of cooking gadgets and cookware. The kitchen is stocked with wide variety of equipment to prepare one’s favorite meals and a selection of cook books can offer inspiration.
For coffee lovers to enjoy their favorite coffee, a French press, pour over, grinder, milk frother and Keurig machine are available at the dry bar. Tea pot and match set are also avaliable.

Laundry:
Located on main level, it’s available for guests use. Additional linens can be found there.
Steamer, iron and ironing board are located in the laundry closet.

Wellness:
This getaway is perfect for relaxation which starts with the calming environment. The design is peaceful and designed to promote relaxation, inside and out.
Yoga mats and blocks are available to guests as are meditation cushions. Morning yoga on the front deck is a perfect way to start the day.
For those wanting to get a little work out in, lighter weights are also available along with massagers.
Kayak and stand up paddle board are available at the lake during summer season. The lake is calm and free of motor boats for peaceful day out on the water.

Dedicated workspace:
Overlooking the wooded area, the private office is a quiet ‘work from home’ space for those needing to get a little work done.
This room can also double us as a nursery and accommodates two pack and plays.

Outdoor Fun
With large open lawn in the front of the house, the property offers plenty of space for outdoor games. Cornhole, Badminton are available.
Above ground pool located in rear of the property on the main deck is perfect for a dip on a hot summer day and the nearby lake offers hours of swimming, paddling and kayaking. Like jackets of various sizes are available.
