This welcoming accommodation is located in a secure building in the Saint-Roch district in downtown Quebec City. Located close to all amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience store, you will also be close to attractions and a 25-minute walk from Old Quebec. It's the ideal place for travelers looking for an authentic experience within this vibrant community!

The accommodation includes two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a dining area in the kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, among other things, and a living room with high definition television. The sofa converts into a bed and can accommodate two people. You will have access to a washer-dryer, available to travelers staying in the building. You will have access to the entire apartment and the building's washer-dryer.

The accommodation is on the 3nd floor, so there are 3 staircases to climb. Also, it's located in a lively place, very dynamic sector in the heart of the city center; very busy, pedestrian and transport. A restaurant-bar is located on the ground floor of the building.

Really great place
We really liked this accommodation. Clean, light, and beautifully appointed, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. Per the description, it is located above a bar and while I didn't notice any sounds on Thursday, it was pretty noisy in the street below on Friday and Saturday nights (until the early hours). Just something to be aware of if that's something that bothers you. The area is a very pleasant 20 minute walk by foot to the old city. The street has bars and bakeries, bookshops etc. I'll be honest that when walking alone as a single female in the evening I felt slightly uncomfortable, with homeless and down-and-out people hanging around. Again, probably not an issue most of the time but something to be aware of if traveling alone. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Il n’y a pas de draps pour le sofa lit et pas de couverture aussi. On était 6 personnes et seulement les deux lits étaient complets et pas le sofa lit.
