"Et meget fredfyldt hotel, hvor man virkeligt kommer ned i tempo. Super service og glad personale overalt. Fremragende mad, flere pool barer med både mad og drikke. Helt fantastisk strand! Hotellet var fuldt booket, men det mærker man ikke, da der er plads til alle uden det er crowdet Kan klart anbefales, hvis man er til fred og ro. "

"This is paradise from A-Z. Luxury at its best. Service level in top from management to staff teams. Scenary, surroundings, suites, foodquality, cleaning, everything was top notch. Even the monkeys on your terracce you got to enjoy everyday. "

"Fantastic service! The staff all spoke great English and were extremely professional, friendly and service minded. Stunning sunset view! The horizon bar offers a fantastic view of the sunset and although the food menu is simple (it is a bar, not a restaurant) the food was great (and so were their cocktails!). We did not get the chance to try the onsite restaurants as we were only at the resort for a limited time, however the breakfast was excellent with both a la carte and a very nice buffet. Once again, the staff were fantastic. Amazing (adults only) infinity pool! Almost all sun beds were occupied, but it did not feel crowded at all! The atmosphere was calm and it really felt like we had the pool to ourselves. GREAT room! We had a deluxe room with sea view and rainforest view (plenty of opportunities to see monkeys close up). The room seemed newly renovated and was spacious and nicely decorated in a Scandinavian ish style. We really got a wow-feeling when walking through the door. I never write reviews, however this time I felt I had to do it. We also stayed at another resort in Langkawi which was around half the price of this one. It was decent, however I would recommend any couple to try out the Ritz - at least just for a few days. Our experience at the Ritz in Langkawi was next level! "
