"We enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely updated, very clean, had everything we needed, & we felt safe in the neighborhood. We will definitely book again. I really enjoyed the fireplace & beautiful wet bar area as well as drinking champagne out of the coup glasses. They provided kcups, creamer, & sugar but bring your own spices. The beds were amazing! Nice and firm but not hard. "

"This property is nestled in a secluded valley just outside of Sedan. It’s a quaint little “cabin” with all amenities for comfort. Nice size deck overhangs the canopy and overlooks the stream below. I highly recommend. The only issue I could see is the stairs to the upstairs bedroom. If stairs are not a problem, then this place is for you!!!"

"This is the prefect place to have a business retreat. We had our 2 day off site strategic planning retreat. House has plenty of room, and really lets you get out of the city and relax. Kitchen facilities are great. Close enough to Bartlesville to run into town to get what you forgot to bring along."

"This house was perfect for our group of 7 women. It was awesome to have several spaces to hang out and having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths was perfect. No waits for a shower and everyone had a bed. It was a charming home and the host was very responsive. "
