"Beautiful location but rooms have issues - no hot showers!!!. Stayed with family in 3 bedroom. View was perfect, room was very clean and modern. Appliances older style. Master bedroom never had a hot shower! We called reception and they sent technician, he said “oh, water heater is on the roof, so you don’t get a lot of hot water here on the lower floors. Also, we have no control over how hot (or not) it is”. Hall bathroom had hot water if you ran it for 10 min before getting in. Master...

"Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. "

"We always visit this property. The staff is awesome. The only complaint I had was minor issues such as: 1. Laundry slide door was broken, 2. Hair on the shower head in the master bedroom and couch, 3. Juice spill in the fridge. All we're reported to the check in Host. He advised me that it would be noted in order to be corrected. I just re cleaned the shower and couch myself as we were tired from traveling. "

"Property was very nice, and in a great location on the beach. The room was very nice with a beautiful view. My issues were with the check in location in comparison to the resort (across the street, and not easy to find upstairs), and all the unruly children running around unsupervised."

"10/10!! Highly recommend! We took a family trip and stayed at Coral Sands and had a wonderful experience. Check in/out was easy, the condo was very clean and updated. There was also an elevator which was a bonus since we stayed on the fourth floor. We enjoyed the game room and gym, and there was a very nice pool area although the weather was too cold for us to use it. Highly recommend and would stay here again! "
