"I booked this hotel for a stay with my sister, and would not recommend it at all. First of all, they don’t have hand towels, they are supposedly environmental friendly, but when you ask for hand towels, you are ask to use the little paper box with paper towels in it. On the second day, we got home to our room, with the beds being made, but we were missing bath towels, towel for the bathroom floor and even though we made them aware that there was no hand soap nor shampoo left, none of that where to be found. When we called the front desk and told about the situation, they didn’t believe us and the supervisor came to the room to inspect it before we were allowed towels and soap, they walked in with shoes on, and the bathroom was one messy mud hole when they left. On the third day, we left the hotel in the morning, and where out sightseeing until the late evening, and was met with an untouched room, beds not being made, no towels or water. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience, and told us housekeeping would come shortly, 30 mins later we called again to inquire about the housekeeping that hadn’t appeared yet. They came at last, and once again no apology for the inconvenience. All in all, terrible service, and very very mediocre breakfast. Would definitely never book a stay with them again."
