"Beautiful 5 star hotel 20 minutes walk away from city centre of Arequipa. Nice garden and swimming pool area. Rooms are big and nicely furnished in classical style. Beds firm and really comfortable. We had a problem at check-in (hotels.com status not recognised) but that efficiently was solved on second day. "Really enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful grounds with lots of common spaces (both indoors and outdoors) to sit and relax, enjoyed the free yoga class and was easy to organise tours etc. Staff were lovely and helpful and it was clear the hostel was well taken care of. Good location - the main plaza was a short walk away. A few notes on the dorms… one bathroom for a 12 bed dorm wasn’t enough (even just a sink in the room would’ve been helpful) and the bed lockers/under bed storage weren’t big...

"This hotel is clean and has modern bathroom. It is close to the plaza de Armas and has a great view of the city and the volcano. The breakfast is nice. I would highly recommend it to friends and family. "

"The staff were very helpfull tomatsauce my daughter who was very sick on arrival. Made sure she Got hot tea with plenty og sugar and a coke. Also sent for an english speaking daughter upon request. Beds very confortsble with bedsheets and pilles like home."

"A beautiful property, with a lovely garden and good restaurant. The room was comfortable. However the window on the city side meant it was very very loud at night (we had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep). The highlight was the Roman baths which is beautiful, however it is not included. It costs 17$ which is totally worth it, given you get exclusive use for one hour. Make sure you book it long in advance. We also got the massage and was fantastic! I would be back only if I could have...
