"We soooooooo much enjoyed our stay at this Hilton. We had easy access to the beach from our hotel, comfortable room, super friendly staff, close to activities in the area, and overall a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. We were looking for a condo only to find that staying at this Hilton was a better way to go. We have a dog and pets were welcomed. Many guests had dogs. "Our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast good and the breakfast hostess was very efficient and pleasant. Our only disappointment was the hot tub was broken.."

"Price was awesome. Staff was amazing and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping in a marshmallow hug, but the dryers were out and I desperately needed to do laundry and the water pressure in the shower was less than my travel trailer. This is the only reason for less than 5 stars."

"We stayed in mid/late February, which was perfect! Turns out the regular “season” and parking restrictions within the community begin March 1st. The hotel has a private beach and is clean, nice, and well suited for family trips. Would visit again! "

"Great place if you like to bike or walk many paths to use right off their parking lot. Free shuttle to the Gulf State Park Beach. Very friendly people nice restaurant and gift /coffee shop in the hotel. Comfortable beds."

"The lady who checked me in was wonderful. She really went the extra mile to resolve my situation. Thank you. The room is wonderful: spacious, clean, quiet, and I love the ocean side balcony. The restaurant is closed this week, so I won't get to sample that. The hot tub was nicely warm and felt good. Yes, I would stay here again. "

"The shower control handle fell off when first touched but was fully usable. There was some slight staining in the corners of the shower which is unfortunately normal for properties this age. Overall the stay was great and the staff was very friendly. "
