"Loved the location. In walking distance and the water taxi if running is just outside the hotel. Unfortunately, when I went the first it wasn’t running, found out it was due to weather 103 degrees. Extreme heat caused a lot of things to shut down. What didn’t work out so well was on arrival when we checked in our room must have had some work being done on it. "First there is no parking they have valet parking but it costs me 120 dollars for two nights. Second my room was not ready they told me to wait 15 minutes. At 4:00 pm. They give me my room at 6:30 pm. Luckily I have my daughter on another room that we could wait if not I would just go crazy. I don’t like to wait. They didn’t offer anything and no apology’s at all.
