"Fantastic location great parking that you pay extra for. This is a very busy hotel but the staff handle it well and at the front desk I never have waited longer than one minute to get waited on. Lots of fine dining restaurants in the area within easy walking distance. This is by far my favorite Baltimore hotel."

"This hotel is located in a crappy neighborhood. There were homeless and very sketchy men hanging on and around the property panhandling. When my daughters got to their room there was a cockroach on the floor. There were stains on the towels and pillow cases. There are signs of wear if you look closely, scratches on doors, hallway display cases with broken glass. I will never ever stay in this hotel again!! AND they charged us for parking."
