"Not impressed by Security protokol, after a city tour my key did not work. Reception staff said my room was on another flor, I disagree but godt a key, it turned out someone else was in that room. Back in reception security escorted me to my room, but then they wanted me in a new room after some time got one, however this was also not empty, at this point I was not happy- 35 minutes later I got the fourth room! "We were staying at the hotel as I was running the Philadelphia Marathon, and for that, the location is great. Short distance to the start/finish of the marathon, as well as the expo where the bib numbers is to be collected. I've had other hotels in the past make a big deal of providing snacks for the runners on the day of the run. "Plan for parking expenses! A major chain can and should negotiate a contract with surrounding parking lots to offer their guests reasonable/ affordable daily rates. Or perhaps partner up with the city to offer options. Asking guests to pay $44 dollars per night for parking is unwise.
