"I have been in a vehicle accident early April 3024 and having paid for my stay much earlier on 1st March 2024, I called last week to confirm my booking and made the hotel aware of my injury. I arrived at the hotel this past Saturday to check in and was limping balancing on a hospital crutch, sadly and despite limping with a support of a hospital crutch, I was directed to a room on the 2nd floor, worse, the room was not what I had selected and paid for, we made Bongani at reception aware of this...

"Memorable stay. We sat at the deck having a drink in the evening and again for breakfast watching the rhinos and other wildlife at the watering hole. Fabulous and memorable. Great food. Great accomodation. Friendly staff and Owner. Highly recommended. One of those places I don't want too many people to discover!"
