"Actually very dissapointed about the level of this hotel. The rooms was very worn and old and not very luxury. It smelled like petrol on the halls and also in the room. Good things, was good service and food at restaurent and overall very clean. But I had expected much more of this hotel. The pictures of the hotel and rooms give an expression of High quality and luxury, and this was not the case. I will not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a holiday break and a place to relax....

"The location of the property offers a respite from mundane city life without travelling too far. The hospitality was on point. However, in the room, the balcony was not cleaned and was quite dusty. The high tea was not well managed, and the food was a let down too. Thankfully, dinner and breakfast was exceptionally good, especially the Indian cuisine. A big cheer to all the staff attending to us right from stepping out of the vehicle to getting back into it, for always being attentive and warm....

"I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked.
