"The staff was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and very professional. The hotel was always clean and safe. We had a pool view, but still a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Spa was terrific, as were the pools and beach. The bars were top notch. Food was hit or miss. I would recommend adding a couple of additional restaurants to accommodate the number of guests. "

"There is nothing good to say about this place. They stole our money. Due to Covid we had to postpone our trip. They told us we can rebook at anytime. Now, after travel restrictions have been lifted, no one is available to help us. We are first responders that need and deserve a vacation. Thieves! "

"Liked - most staff were great - especially check in agents, buffet staff and entertainment (Stretch and Ruth and fitness instructors). Food was average to great, depending on the restaurant. Property was in good condition and there was lots of activities. Rooms were big and in good condition. What could use work? - staff at gym entrance were dismissive and rude; pool/beach bars don't have enough staff and were not overly pleasant. They definitely have the toughest jobs with all the drinking...
