"I have to say the dining experience was amazing. The overall staff… I lower my hat to them. There wasn’t an instant that the staff from the custodians to the captains of the restaurants, the 24hrs staff, etc that did the impossible to satisfy your needs. Extremely great full. The hotel staff was very good too, except the vendors. I felt harassed."

"Alt godt borsetfra at hvis man vil købe en flaske vand. Gik ned til receptionen og blev henvist til room service fordi der er ingen form for kiosk på hotellet. 750ml bragt til værelset for 150 MXN som svar til 60 DKK. Så forventer tjeneren drikkepenge oveni. Bestemt i overkanten. "
