We for sure know that when we left the room in the morning for the pool, it was in side the box that comes with the ring in a bag! "I have seen complains that this very charming hotel is not 5 stars as they say. But the price/value is nevertheless overwhelmingly positive. Nice restaurant, very friendly and service-minded, and the rooms were spacious and nice beds. In all way a very pleasant stay at a very nice hotel. "

"Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...
