"Large late 1800's or early 1900's house with high ceilings, large rooms and some pocket doors. We were in town for a show at the Newberry Opera House and this property was close by. This was our second time renting this house."

"Our stay was truly the most relaxing time we’ve had in a long while. The accommodations were exceptional and the host went above and beyond for us. It was my fiancés birthday weekend and they threw in happy birthday balloons for no additional charge. Kept us stocked with fire wood. They even alllowed us to stay a bit longer on check out day for last minute fishing! I would definitely love to stay again and again. Also, the property is just stunningly beautiful! "We had a cross country meet in town and all hotels within 30 min were booked. So I found this sweet place and it just happened to be 4 minutes down the road. After, we checked out the course a few families came back to the place for homemade pizza( so happy they had a pizza stone available). It was a relaxing and perfect stay. Our kids ran well too!"

"We had such amazing stay at this cabin. Our host Darlene was SO accommodating and easy to reach. She would respond immediately. The cabin was spacious and very clean. The firepit was such a hit and it was a huge plus to have our dogs enjoy the cabin with us as well. The cabin has everything you need for your stay. Without a doubt we WILL be back! "My family and I had a wonderful 5 days at this property. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our whole group with room to spare. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels and beach towels provided along with the many toys for the lake. Our host was very accommodating and we all appreciated that. If we are ever back in the area again, we will certainly book again!"
