"Overall good and safe, room is a bit run down with smelly cupboards, need to be updated. Should've asked for a room not facing the road as it's very noisy all day and night. The deposit return should be made easier (the piece of paper can be replaced by some other form of ID). "

If you like nature and relax away from buzzy cities this is your spot, also inside the property are plenty activities to do as you are isolated in the middle of the forest. "We spend two nigths at Hotel Deli River out of season as first stay on our visit to Sumatra. All apointments was excecuteded with precision, fx. transfere from airport, the room quality was perfect and the staff was really nice and helpfull. And after a day i busy and noisy Medan we enjoyed to return to the peaceful and beautiful garden for a swim in the clean and refreshing pool.
