For the duck farm they offered to take us there and back for 400,000 dong compared to a grab driver that did it for 180,000 two ways. Also the sleeper bus I booked through them had several complications as it was supposed to pick us up at hotel as the man said but then we had to take a cab to a different spot, they paid for the cab which was good...
