"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh...

"This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to connect and make us feel wanted as guests. The beds were nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you so much for another great stay! "

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable with good breakfast. It had a modern decor and it looked new. The room was spacious with a big screen tv. Bed and pillows comfortable. I didn’t give it five stars because of the following reasons: you could hear the steps from the room upstairs, so the walls (or roofs/floors) are very thin; there was a noise coming from inside the walls at night; the room was too warm even though we adjusted the thermostat; and finally the pancakes machine was down during...
