"Our expetations were high do to the 5 star rating hotel and all the positive reviews. Unfortunately the hotel didnt live up to the high rating or the reviews. The other hotels we have been visiting with less stars, were better and the staff were a lot more professional and nice. We paid for the new years eve as we arrived at the hotel and checked in without further information about the arrangement. As we arrived to the new years eve arrangement we were told, that it was not sure that we were able to get a table, as you need to make a reservation beforehanded, which we were never informed about at arrivial. We paid 15.000 peso for 2 person participating. This was completely overpriced as the only thing we got for it was a buffet with very low quality of food. No drinks - if we wanted something to drink we had to pay extra for that. The 31/12 we ordered some food for lunch on the beach. The food arrived and while we were eating, the waitrice came back with more food and told us the first food they delivered wasnt ours. Now they realised they by accident did more food than we ordered and were cheeky enough to ask if they could just charge it on the Room as well. All in all not worth the amount of money, that you pay for it. I dont get how Crimson were able to get a 5 star rating with such a low level of service. The only thing worth 5 star is the location and sorroundings. The service I will give 1 star. Unfortunately i cant recommend visiting this hotel."
