"We spent six nights at Belle Mont Sanctuary. The best feature was the gorgeous location at the north end of the island and also the kind staff . The setting is truly lovely. Completed in 2014, the sad part is that the estate is already in MUCH need of repair and portions are incomplete. We were the ONLY guests at the facility. "The property, gardens and location were beautiful however the listing is misleading as it suggests that the rental is for the whole property (" extended family living on two floors", "private gardens"). There is actually someone staying downstairs and this rental is just the top floor. That was not a problem in itself, just a surprise. If there was a BBQ (which the listing says it has) we could not find it, and the email asking this question of Juliet (property manager) prior to our arrival was...
