"Über alles war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die meisten Angestellten war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Leitungsangestellte der Reception liess an Freundlichkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. (der 1. Eindruck ist so wichtig! Man bekommt nie eine 2. Chance für einen 1. Einsruck!!) Auch der ältere Chauffeur des Shuttlebusses war sehr unfreundlich. Schade für all die anderen Mitarbeiter. "

"Coco Palm Hotel is in a very good position in Rodney Bay, close to beautiful Reduit Beach, shops and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good with eggs cooked to order. The swimming pool is large and sunny all day long. Highly recommended."

"The renovations on the property was extravagant.. the staff all around was exceptional especially our server on the beach his name is Stanley, OMG , he was super sweet.. "Really lovely little place in a beautiful lush setting. Comfy & quiet rooms with aircon and a wonderful buffet breakfast with a good variety of hot & cold food, fresh fruit and cakes. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, good price (cheaper than in town) and delicious food. The staff was really friendly. We used the free shuttle to beautiful Sugary beach and walked to Tet Paul - a lovely walk with a beautiful view. Having a car would be a plus to get to the mud bath, volcano, waterfalls,...
