"This was a very last minute reservation. We were in town and our overnight plans were upended due to a burglary where we intended to stay. While having dinner I found Golden Pond Cabins and called around 8p looking for accomodations for the night. Turns out they had an opening and within 30 mins texted me back to let me know they had our room cleaned, prepped and the key was in the room waiting for us. What a huge relief! When we got there the room was spotless and that's saying a lot as my wife...

"Virkelig fint og nyt hotel, alt var bare som det skal være. Rigtig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Udemærket morgenmad uden at være prangende. Dog var aircon sat på max køl, så fællesområderne var kolde. Swimmming pool og spa faciliteter var også fine. Kan kun anbefales."

"Great stay for one night. Was there for a fishing trip. Room was clean as well as entire room. Although, this property needs a renovation. No coffee or free breakfast at all."

"check in was fast and easy, there was some dirt and hair in the tub and the door latch was loose so in the strong winds the door rattled a bit. with those minor concerns the place was great "

"The people managing the property were super nice and readily available, whether it was to plow the driveway or answer a question. The cabin was so adorable. You couldnt ask for more. We took a snowy walk on the man made trail to the river as it snowed, drive to Lake Ontario and otherwise just enjoyed a perfect quiet weekend. Absolutely recommend "

"Quaint cabin with all required amenities just bring your supplies and you’re all set for a nice stay. Lovely area. Close to major cities in New York and lovely tourist towns. We recommend it for sure. Staff was exceptional just ask and they help you."
