"Love staying at Greystone Inn and Suites. Every employee is always so friendly, welcoming, helpful and make you feel like you’re part of their family. The ladies in housekeeping do an excellent job of cleaning the hotel itself and keeping the guests rooms smelling and looking great and keeping them stocked. "Check in was very easy. The staff was nice. The smoke detector kept chirping in the room and we couldn’t sleep. My spouse called the front desk and an employee said they would come up and fix it. They never came so she had to go down to the lobby and get an employee from the front desk to come up and fix it. We did not sleep comfortable in the bed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Checkout was very easy."

"Bathroom outlet does not work, bathroom lighting poor, shower gets water all over(a lake) be cause frame straight curtain curved,, tv a mess with two remotes, never called on wake up call. Reception clerk wonderful at check in"
