"Definitely not worth all of the hype. Poor service whenever we went to the bars or restaurant (staff never available) Breakfast hours are way too short to serve all the people they have staying. We were told one of the pools was strictly for adults yet children and families allowed in. I would not visit this place again."

"Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!! My dad felt very safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend Cabanas el Jardin if you are going to Valdivia. My dad fell at home and the daily breakfast was delicious !! "

"Hotellet er godt beliggende ved floden og det liv der er ved bredden af floden, men selve hotellet er for dyrt til det de leverer. Alt er standard. Service i reception mangelfuld og meget få kunne forstå engelsk - kun ved udcheckning. Jeg måtte have nyt nøglekort 3 gange, Altid irriterende at skulle ned igen."

"Booket over nettet gennem expedia.com til en fast pris. Alligevel skulle vi parlamentere med et personale der havde lagt afgift på selv om den var inkluderet. "The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service.
