"The young lady at the front desk was very nice. I did report my issue with no hot water for the shower. It was after 9:00 PM and they offered to have someone look at it, but I know the issue is the shower valve pressure balancer and they would have to move me to a new room. Since I was leaving early in the morning I just did a sponge bath using the sink (sink had hot water). "

"Evidently, this property is used by locals for nefarious purposes. They have a large cash deposit required due to guests trashing rooms. "This casita is a cute place to stay that is somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. Beautiful view from the patio doors shows the Sandia mt in various degrees of lighting, always changing. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The property is gated as well. Ample cooking space if needed. Great for a couple to get away yet be close enough to enjoy Santa Fe or Albuquerque. This was our 2nd visit there!"

"Great little place with a gorgeous mountain view. It would really be fun in the summer when the big pool would be more appealing than it is in November. Best for someone who has a car. Lyfts and Ubers are available most of the time, but often with a wait."
