"Séjour dans l'appartement convenable, mis à part les coupures d'électricité fréquentes dans le quartier et la résidence... L'appartement est propre bien qu'étroit pour une famille de 5, avec un écran de pc pour télévision. Il faut ajouter des frais au prix (ménage et gaz pour 2 jours) ce qui est excessif et a été une mauvaise surprise. "I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). "1. There was no instructions on how to get to the “suite”. No address and no instructions on how to access the room. 2. Host took awhile to answer. She blamed the website for not providing information. 3. It’s a shared suite!! Didn’t see that when I booked it. 4. Our room wasn’t ready, host had me looking at all the rooms so see which one was available. 5. Restroom shower was leaking. There was water all over the floor. 6. Toilet paper rolls were dirty."

"Casa molto accogliente e arredata a gusto nei minimi particolari Dettagli molto curati e dotata di ogni comfort. C'è davvero tutto. Dalla biancheria al caffè al cioccolatino alla spugna dei piatti. Unica pecca è che essendo proprio sulla strada si sentono i rumori dei viandanti. Va beh ci si sveglia presto la mattina, nessun problema. "Great Apartment, located in a very safe and nice area, with restaurant, shopping, sightseeing on your doorstep. Monica is really nice and helpful. We had booked a driver though her to and from the airport, worked out perfectly. The Apartment is perfect if you travel with children or 2 couples. It had what we needed and was nice and clean. "I have had the most wunderfull expirience in Rome by staying at the Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo. The facilities are great, the staff is very helpfull and serviceminded, they really make an extra effort making your stay and vacation in Rome a true adventure from start to end. Breakfast buffet is well stuffed with something for everybody regardless of habits and taste, and if you walk away hungry from it, it is your own fault. Actually I have never seen such a staff, which in every way has exceeded all my expectations. I would recomnend everybody considering going to Rome to stay at this hotel, which located at the very center at the city, close to both metrolines and the Central Station with easy and fast connections to the Airport. 100% honest, I cannot wait going back to Rome, and I owe much of it to the Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo and it’s staff right from the portier, the guards to the cleaners and the lovely bartenders at the rooftop at night. Bravo!!!!"
