"I’ll start with the pros - great location, large rooms, very comfortable beds and excellent communication. The cons - no kettle provided (I was told to boil water in a saucepan to make a cup of tea), no shampoo or any other amenities provided (apart from hand soap) and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people staying 3 nights (but more was delivered when I asked for it), coffee machine didn’t work (or maybe we couldn’t work it out). "Great Apartment, located in a very safe and nice area, with restaurant, shopping, sightseeing on your doorstep. Monica is really nice and helpful. We had booked a driver though her to and from the airport, worked out perfectly. The Apartment is perfect if you travel with children or 2 couples. It had what we needed and was nice and clean. "Clean, kitchen was full stocked to cook. Bathrooms nice. Beds soft. Staff friendly by text & prompt to reply. WiFi good, good location, has a lift and few stairs to apartment. "La struttura è ottima,la cucina è in comune con le altre stanze, manca il freezer ma per il resto è come da foto e anche meglio. L'unica cosa se voglio essere puntiglioso e la pulizia dei pavimenti ed il pergolo con una tenda che visibilmente non è mai stata aperta. .ma per chi vuole visitare la città è un ottima soluzione.
