"Everything was perfect"

"Væreslerne var fugtige og der var ikke mulighed for at lufte ud, så tøjet blev ulækkert. Man kunne tydeligt høre naboerne gennem dørene, faktisk bare se tv. Personalet hang, når man spurgte om selv simple ting. Vi blev ikke introduceret til hotellet da vi kom, så som muligheder, rent vand, funktioner, pool, strand osv. Det betøs vi selv prøvede at sætte en stol med parasol op, hvorefter vi fik skæld ud af personalet. Den ene dag fungerede AC fx ikke i gym og vanddunken havde de lige glemt at...

"A quiet and beautiful property that we’ve stayed at twice now with our two kids. Spacious room options, lots of great restaurants in walking distance, and super quick access to both the little canal beach and larger ocean beach are a perfect fit for our family."

"Overall, it was a great place with great dining options, shopping and great service. My complaints are specific. for a VERY high end and costly resort, the WiFi was terrible--spotty, unreliable and not particularly strong. I would have paid, albeit reluctantly, for better service, but that wasn't an option. While playing Craps after 1 AM on a Saturday night, there were no people around to take and serve drinks. "

"Rooms were great. Perfect for families. Pool was fantastic. Gave us a complimentary late checkout when I requested. Shuttles to the rest of Atlantis were frequent and easy to use. "

"Vi startede ud på et værelse hvor der var meget trafikstøj. Efter at have været i dialog med receptionen blev vi rykket til et meget bedre værelse uden beregning! Hotellet virker lidt slidt, men der er pænt og rent og servicen er rigtig god! Beliggenheden, med privat strand lige på den anden side af vejen er supergod, men der er noget trafikstøj, ikke mindst fra lastbilerne!"

"While your staff was incredibly nice, the service was not what may be expected from a hotel of this caliber. We had countless issues with in-room dining and house keeping services. Your staff wasn’t rude but the service was not exactly good either. We often had cold meals, long waiting times, missing items, days without house keeping services etc all while we kept calling the guest experiences line… I’ve stayed in rosewoods and four seasons all over the world and had expected better from...

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. The pool party and happy hour was also amazing and we had a lot of fun. Beer stir was close by, and also some reasonable restaurants. After checking in, we discovered that our door would not close and had to be locked in order to shut. They only had one key, so once it was locked we didn’t realize you couldn’t get out. This became a problem when one of our party went in to go for a lie down and was locked in and couldn’t get out to...
