"Roberta was amazing. Villa was spotless and we appreciated all the little touches she provided. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped and the pizza oven was so much fun. Pool was perfect temperature and amazing sunsets with a cocktail finished a perfect evening. Easy to walk or drive to town. "

"Wir waren für eine Woche dort, was leider etwas kurz ist, wenn man gerne mal ans Meer oder weiter weg fahren möchte. Zudem ist das Objekt nicht behinderten gerecht, da auch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer bzw. Nach draußen immer mindestens eine bis zwei Stufen sind. Ansonsten war aber alles top und die Besitzer sehr bemüht uns bei Fragen zur Seite zu stehen! So haben wir beispielsweise auf Frage extra noch einen Grill erhalten. "I still remember the overwhelming feeling when arriving the first time and just looking out on the view from the terrace. The house itself is perfectly cleaned, has lots of room and is just the most beautiful home you could imagine. However, even though the house is perfect, the outside areas is the best I've ever tried. The different levels has a fantastic effect and all meals outside on the terrace was a joy. "Meine Familie und ich waren vollauf zufrieden mit dem Haus. Der Pool ist das Highlight des Objekts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und entspricht allen Ansprüchen. Wer diese Art Urlaub mag, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich vergebe für das Haus 6 von 5 Sternen."

"Nice house and garden. The house was a little too small, when we only could be inside. The pool wasn’t open yet. The water pump stopped working one day, and with help from the grandmother who only spoke Italian, it was a little difficult. "Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."

"We had a fabulous time in this lovely villa. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas for eating and gathering. We did not understand from the booking that the entry to the 2 loft areas are through 2 other bedrooms. This would be fine with kids but was a little awkward as adults. Regardless, there were plenty of beds and bathrooms for the 12 of us. Nicholas, Flavia and Virginia were so kind to us and especially helpful in arranging transportation for our outings."
