"We stayed 2 nights in the hotel, the room was large and clean. However, had no view as next building was very close. Thus, despite we were on 14th floor, room a felt a little Dark."

"We had a two-bedroom apt and stayed for four nights as a family. First the good things about the hotel: The location is great, the room was big, there is a refrigerator and kitchen facilities, so that you can prepare your own food if you wish and there's an indoor swimming pool at the top with a sun deck with a nice view of the city. Then the things that could have been better; 1) The beds in the hotel room are rather small and it was not possible to use the sofa bed. It was too short and you sank down in the mattress like if people had slept on it for 50 years. So even if it was a two-bedroom apt, I would say that the maximum number of people would be three. 2) The air condition was old and noisy. 3) You need a lot of patience to wait for the elevators. It could go up to ten minutes until it came during certain hours. 4) The breakfast room was badly organised resulting in a stressful and chaotic experience. There was no hand sanitizer either. 5) The pool was quite crowded and people tended to stay for a long time. It should have been encouraged that you only stay for a limited time as seen in other hotels. All in all - an ok experience but there are things that could be improved easily and make the hotel more attractive."

"Spacious appartement with full kitchen. Very crowded at breakfast. Fine selection, but would have been nice with some eggs, bacon, pancakes/waffles. Good location in the city center."

"Room ok, but water faucet in bathroom didn't work (we asked them to fix it). We had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids, but no linens and and blankets for sofabed, i.e. guest 3 and 4. After first night, we went out sightseeing, but when we came back, the keycards didn't work. same thing happened next day after breakfast. To top it up, housekeeping forgot to refill coffee. Sorry, but this is all things you'd expect to be in order and included in the price, not like this."
