This modern and spacious apartment, is on the second floor of a new building with elevator, it is approximately 60m2, distributed in two bedrooms, living/dining room-kitchen, hallway and a spacious bathroom with shower.

HOW TO STAY:
Up to 4 adults and 1 child can be accommodated in: A 15m2 bedroom with a 1.60m double bed. Another bedroom with a 1.40 double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, as well as an optional cot, built-in wardrobes, a fully furnished kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the entire apartment is furnished with designer furniture, underfloor heating and cooling floor air conditioning with internal thermostat, hot water, Wi-Fi internet and among others:

The Centro Ciudad neighborhood is a very touristic and commercial area of the city, the area of the apartment is surrounded by important monuments of the city such as the Plaza Mayor, La Rua, churches and important squares, as well as tapas bars and restaurants recommended in Turistic guides.

PARKING:
In this area there is no parking as it is a pedestrian area, the closest car parks are Parking Colon at 300m and Parking Lemans at 500m
There is the possibility of a parking space 400m from the house on the other side of the Plaza Mayor (€18/day), subject to availability.
It has a taxi rank, urban bus, just 50 meters from the door.
