The newest addition to Pinon Vacation Rentals portfolio. McNiffityville is a step back in time to mid-century. Fun and eclectic! You will love the open concept kitchen/living, large picture windows and the covered back patio.
This home offers:

*Note- this home does not have Air Conditioning

All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Great place
We loved the house! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative thing was they did not have shampoo and conditioner. They had an all in one body wash. But everything else was wonderful.

McNiffty Spring Break!
We had a great time at this house! The furniture inside supports a nice Mid-century look which works well for the renovation style. Lovely back patio with plenty of space. Nice fenced back yard for the dogs to safely romp. No real road noise concerns, even for the room in front of the house. We would definitely rent this house again!

Excellent stay!
We had an amazing all-around experience! The place is beautiful and in a great location. We LOVED hanging out on the gorgeous back patio. Would highly recommend this place to anyone headed to Salida!!!

40th Birthday Celebration
We stayed at this property while in Salida for a friend's 40th birthday. It was incredible. The purple sage in the front garden smelled amazing, the kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware and sharp knives (!!!), the beds were comfortable, and the back patio is knock-your-socks-off good.

Love the mid-century modern style and the fantastic back yard
House was perfect. I love the mid-century modern design. Kitchen was great, open to the dinning room and the living room. Front of house has lots of parking, I was able to keep my motorcycle in the garage which was nice. The back yard is the real gem though. A fantastic garden lots of seating, large covered patio, views of the mountains. Host was also great. They were very efficient with check-in/out. They automatically text you if early check-in is available which is a nice touch. The reached out via text to verify that everything was working. I would definitely stay here again.

McNiftyville is a fantastic choice
Clean, excellent kitchen and supplies, warm and cozy! We highly recommend staying here. We drove to Monarch to ski everyday, piece of cake.

Awesome house and yard
The house and yard were great. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as an outdoor grill and extra propane tank. The large driveway was nice for parking multiple vehicles, and only a short drive away from downtown Salida and nearby recreation areas. I was a bit worried there would be noise from Highway 50, but the house was pretty quiet.

Relaxing and Convenient
This is a very nice house close to town though still a short drive away. It has a nice kitchen and great outdoor seating area. Parking is easy (easily accommodates larger vehicles) and there was a garage making storage of bicycles very easy. The back yard is pretty and sitting outside for dinner was definitely a highlight. Would recommend and would return.

Beautiful, recently renovated property. The back yard and patio are stunning, we spent a good amount of time just sitting, reading, and enjoying the atmosphere. Short drive to walmart, dining options, and downtown Salida.

Just what we needed!
We had a great stay at McNiftyville. This was a father/sons trip to ski at Monarch, and it was everything we could have asked for - great accommodations, convenient location (to both skiing and shopping), very tastefully decorated throughout, and well-equipped home (comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed in the awesome kitchen). We’ll return and book again here on our next trip to Monarch!

Convenient, comfortable, cute place to stay for a family
We really enjoyed staying here with our 3 adult kids for a ski trip at Monarch. It was so nice to come home and relax after skiing, perfect for cooking! and playing games. Because of the awesome kitchen, we ended up eating out only one time. With 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, we were quite comfortable. Beds also comfy. The backyard for our pups was totally awesome! When an appliance had a problem, we called the number provided, and someone came out right away and fixed it. If I could offer any suggestions, it might be to add some inexpensive mirrors in the bedrooms so guests could dress and make up without needing the bathroom.

Great home with lots of space
This was a great location for our ski trip. We were close to the highway for easy access to Monarch, but also close to the things we needed in Salida. The house was roomy and very well stocked.

Perfect family space to gather
This space feels like a real HOME, with plenty of beautiful natural light and good flow of movement through the main area. Nothing felt tight or cramped, the open kitchen allowed for easy conversations and the large table for communing for meals and game nights. Very much appreciated all the thoughtful details from a well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets, an abundance of nightlights, board games, comfortable mattresses (basically the most important part, right?!) with multiple pillow firmness options, children’s books, and a clean simple livable style, we were all very pleased with staying here and were disappointed we couldn’t stay longer! The special touch of having a fully decorated, lit-up Christmas tree to greet us was much appreciated and a real treat! Thank you! For a family of designers, architect-builders, artists and creatives, finding that there was real art on the walls and clean design with attention to functional detail was refreshing. We will be back next time.

Great spot to enjoy a few days in Salida!
We loved this open, spacious house with a lovely backyard and was stocked with great games for the whole family. It's a great location too, not far from restaurants, breweries, and our favorite, old downtown Salida.
