Beautiful, Spacious Basement Suite, Sleeps 7

You will be close to everything when you stay in this comfortable basement suite. Whether you are with family, or friends, or just need a place for yourself, this place nestled in a quiet neighborhood, has easy access to freeways, food, entertainment, and more. The airport is 20 minutes away. Within 20 to 40 minutes are several ski resorts, hiking trails, beautiful mountains, and many of the wonders of Utah..This is a basement unit. The main house is separate. If you have a larger group, you can rent both units and we can open the space between you creating room for up to 19 guests. We also have a vehicle on Turo. We can provide you with links to these to help make your vacation planning easier. The back yard is mostly just mud and dirt right now, so a grill is all that's available at the moment. Hopefully we'll have the backyard separated and finished in the next month or so.

Wonderful experience
The unit was clean and accommodating. The personal touches were heartwarming❤️. The signs throughout the place were very helpful in identifying where everything was stored. The information book was helpful as well. Communication with the host was answered quickly.

This was a wonderful stay full of little touches that made our stay so much more amazing like the pictures in the window wells, a table from the 1880's, and wonderful gift basket full of Utah treats and toys! Becky also mailed a shirt we left to us!

Great experience!
Basement apartment was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, well-stocked on all essentials and more and nice and cool for the heat of summer! Check in and out was easy. Everything was well labeled. If it’s the kind of thing that bothers you, we could occasionally hear the upstairs visitors moving around, but it honestly wasn’t that loud or bothersome to us. Would stay there again!

AMAZING HOSPITALITY and super CUTE
This property is so charming and clean. The owners left an amazing welcome basket full of local treats and fruit. The rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. There were cute little notes letting us know where to find anything we may have needed while we stayed. The owner was quick to respond whenever there was a problem. The location was great. Tons of shopping, entertainment, food and easy access to freeways. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Salt Lake City.

Check in was easy. The host was very nice and responsive. Would have loved it more if the hot tub had been accessible for the basement and not only for the upstairs unit. The beds were comfortable. Also the hot water never seemed to run out. Wish, Mine worked so well. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy access. I like how it was not a shared driveway with the main house upstairs. My only suggestion would be to add fans in each room to drown out the noise from the upstairs unit. Needs some white noise

Nice, clean and easy
Everything was perfect! It was nice spacious, clean and made it so easy to just enjoy our time on our vacation. The only issue we encountered was the heavy feet walking around upstairs. Made relaxing in the early morning hard to enjoy. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great apartment
I needed an affordable location with lots of individual beds for a group of youth leaders and was not disappointed! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had lots of little extras. The teens loved the snack basket and I loved the space heaters! It's a basement apartment, so a little chillier than my personal preference, but the space heaters made me very comfortable. We enjoyed this rental and plan to return.

We had a great stay. Basement unit in a great location close to restaurants and other commercial places. Hosts were easy to communicate with, the place was organized and had everything we needed, at an affordable price.

All the conveniences you could want in a small rental! Very conveniently located, great feel to the house, tons of features like tvs, goody basket, utensils and heaters were great! The shower was the biggest downer, pretty poor. But a great place!

Family Memorial
What a wonderful experience. My family and I came out to SLC for a funeral/celebration of life. We stayed in the beautiful, spacious basement in West Jordan. It was everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping space, relaxing space, and amenities. The hosts were available when needed and assisted with a happy, welcoming attitude. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Pretty & well-supplied, but COLD
We are two parents and two adult sons in their mid-30's, on vacation to see beloved relatives. Because of our work schedules, we arrived there very late---after midnight. We loved this rental home's location, decor, neighborhood, excellent supplies, and price----but it was very chilly; we estimate it was 56 degrees or LESS in that basement. Two of us are experienced hikers in cold weather, and they were chilled as well. There was no thermostat we could adjust; it turns out that the upstairs renters were fond of using their air conditioner, which poured cold air into the basement. We found 1 space heater in the pantry, but it warmed the air for only a few inches. We finally tried reachng the manager by phone, but there was no answer. There were no electric blankets. The next morning, the manager/owner came over with 2 more space heaters, and took out a 4th from the pantry that we hadn't found: the 4 heaters in total did help a lot, though the livivg area was still cold. <3 We are clean, quiet, and careful renters who want to help businesses thrive. <3 We hope the owners supply the basement its own heating system with thermostat, OR forewarn renters about the chilliness, provide it with electric blankets and wall-panel heaters, and answer their phone at all hours to respond to renters' needs. BION, if these measures were taken, we would happily recommend this rental area, and stay there often! We aso found the owner to be nice, and the basket of treats just awesome!
