"If everything is perfect at check-in, that’s great. But we did have several issues. The owner got on each right away! Couldn’t ask for any faster problem solving and response time, he even compensated us for inconvenience. Great owner to rent from! Well equipped place with a fantastic pool!"

"Only thing I didn't like was that the water in the shower started getting cold pretty quickly. Otherwise, everything was great! Specifically the customer service! I talked on the phone with Paige with Breakaway Vacations multiple times and she was incredibly friendly and helpful!"

"I booked this private cottage in my neighborhood for my parents who are in their late seventies and have 2 little dogs. It was the perfect spot for them to relax during the holidays. It’s very close to shopping and dining and only a 10 min drive to the beach. The cottage felt very private and Deb does an amazing job of landscaping making it feel like a tropical oasis! Fully gated area for their dogs to hang out was a plus! We will be using this spot again when we have family in town. Thanks...

"We loved the east end of Sanibel and this place was just right. Great communication and cute little place in a great spot. We loved Wikies and all shops just a three minute walk away, as well as how quiet the area was. Lighthouse beach was easy, especially with the bikes. Buy/bring bug spray for calm wind days but overall it was wonderful. "

"This updated and comfortable place is a great landing pad for people who are mostly out and about. It is clean and comfortable but best suited for 1-2 people since it is quite small. Well-appointed, very clean, and equipped with all basic kitchen items and linens. Of note, there is no dishwasher. Hosts were very communicative and check in/check out was very smooth. The TV requires a Google TV account to access streaming capability. "

"Only stayed for a few days but didn't want to leave. The cottage was very nice for the two of us, just the right size and the walk to the beach was not a problem. We did not drive (and use the beach pass) and walked it twice a day. Everything about the stay was fabulous and the beach was amazing (shells, Shells and MORE SHELLS) and there was almost no one there. We walked for miles along the beach and saw, at most, maybe 20 other people. "
