Communication with the host was awesome, they answered my call and kept me informed of little details of my rental. It’s a hour or so walk to Sunset Cliffs and worth it!! 20 minutes walk to dog beach & beach. I’d stay here again!! "

"Host is very kind and very responsive. It is a cute and cozy boho for a couple. Reserved covered parking for 1 car which is important as there are many homes with street parking only. Close to the beach and restaurants in walking distance. Couldn’t be happier. "

"We visited over President's Day weekend and enjoyed this property. It is tucked into a very cute neighborhood with many neighbors. We enjoyed walking to nearby canyons and coffee shops and restaurants. Street parking was very easy and the location was very convenient. We ate out and got take out during our stay-- the kitchen is not fully equipped with enough silverware/plates/coffee maker but had the necessities to get us through. "We arrived late at night, really difficult to find the little house with out a porch light on.Otherwise just fine. The rain had made the patio kinda messy but we still enjoyed the sunshine."

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had all the amenities you needed for a stay (coffee pot, hair dryer, beach chairs etc.) There are many good dining options close by, also a market nearby & the beach an easy walk. The alley parking spot out back was handy. We really enjoyed our stay! "
