Safe and family-friendly neighborhood
Centrally located to beaches, downtown, hiking, restaurants, shopping, airport

Fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker.
No laundry access, though can be available upon request for a small fee.

1. Master bedroom with Cal King, attached bath and shower.
2. Guest room with Queen bed features a desk for office space. Dual Vanity in guest bath with tub and shower.
3. Guest room with Full size bed.
Bathrooms are equipped with freshly laundered towels.

Large dining table accommodates up to 8 guests.

Amazing home with a pool
Jessica was a great host. She was immediately responsive with every inquiry I had. My husband and two boys (kinder & 3rd) felt right at home… well, almost. Everything is so nice we were more controlled then at home. The living room is cozy, comfy, and spacious. There’s dvds! A lot of Romcoms and Heat! The kitchen is stacked. No foil or much plastic ware for kids/outside eating. There are a ton of pillows. The house has a nice flow. Such as a standing where it should be. A side table where needed. And the smell of orange blossoms outside was amazing. We hope to be repeat guests!

Beautiful home in central location
This home is beautifully furnished and the location is central to all the attractions we went to ( Torrey Pines Nature Reserve, Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo, Coronado Island and La Jolla Cove). We cooked a lot this trip, and the kitchen is spacious and has updated appliances. We ate every meal at the huge kitchen island. Beds had clean and soft linens with lots of comfortable pillows. We used the attic fan for white noise and air circulation at night. We spent a lot of time in the backyard lying on the loungers looking at the beautiful view. It was too cold to swim in the pool, but my son did a quick dip anyway! We made use of both the deep bathtub and shower. There are grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants very close to the house. Jessica, the host is very friendly and quick with any questions we had. We had a lovely vacation and fell in love with this beautiful city.

The property is as advertised. Plenty of room for four adults and a toddler. Great location, very quiet and beautiful sunset views from the backyard. Close to all amenities, easy access to freeways. A quick drive to downtown and beaches.

Nice home in a nice neighborhood with a lovely park and playground in the neighborhood. Jessica responded immediately to any questions we had. We had a comfortable stay, and it was very near our son and grandchildren's home.

Cozy Winter visit to San Diego
We felt so lucky to find this home in San Diego. Great location for our short trip to see family and SDSU with our teens. All information, including arrival and departure, was very clear and easy to follow. It was too cold to swim but the backboard had a view, nice plants and privacy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well organized.

Great vacation with beautiful sunsets!

Family Trip
Jessica was prompt and attentive with any questions or requests. The house was perfect for a family trip; giving each person plenty of privacy and room to relax. The outdoor patio/pool area was great for winding down in the evenings and watching the sunset. We had a wonderful time, thanks.

Great Home, Wonderful Location
Loved this home. It was perfect for our stay with our adult children. Jessica was wonderful to work with and super responsive. The location was a short drive to the zoo, shops and the beach. Next time we will book when it's a little warmer so we can use the pool more!

I had the privilege of meeting the host. She is friendly and helpful. Depending on your group (family w/kids, adults only or combo) this place works. The Master bedroom is nice. If you have small kids and want to put them close to you - plenty of space. The other two bedrooms, also nice; one works better for two people. The kitchen is great - a good layout and room to sit around the island. This is a quiet neighborhood- we loved that. Be aware that if you rent this home you will not have access to a washer and dryer. For a family that could be an issue

Even more beautiful than in the photos! Quiet, clean, and plenty of parking. Centrally located in our old neighborhood. The only drawback was that booking through Expedia was weird--unable to communicate with the host. Would stay again and recommend it to others, but through her regular service instead of bundling with our flights.

Lovely Home
We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Very charming, furnished well, and kitchen fully equipped. The roomy and open floor plan made it easy to hang out and visit. Great location for all the activities and we even used the nearby Trolley station to get down town. We didn't use the pool much but a nice option, we were busy going places. Definitely recommend this property. Great communication with the owner. We really appreciated her letting us check in early since our arrival plans were changed due to the rain. We had 6 people, 3 adult couples and it was plenty of room. Great place for morning walks too.

Relaxing
Lovely house. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well stocked, along with very nice appliances. Place was clean and the beds were comfy. Heat wave when we there. City turned off ac power for a few hours for the entire city. Jess kindly notified us it was happening. The whole house fan worked well, and we didn’t miss ac.

Booked this location for 5 days. Our stay was very disappointing to say the least. The photos listed do not accurately depict the home. While the kitchen, living room and dining rooms are true to photos the rest is not. The bed rooms and baths are dated and can use some work. We arrived on a Saturday to find a dirty pool, it was full of old bugs (to many to count) rotting at bottom of pool. Called Host she responded right away to advise pool guy would be out on Tuesday! After reminding her we were leaving on Thursday she suggested we skim the pool, we did not pay to stay there to clean the pool. Filter provided did not clean pool. The grill was filthy and the umbrella was hideously dirty. We had to go to home depot at 10 pm to get ant spray because of a parade of ants in front rooms. Called again and was told an exterminator would be out Thursday! She finally came out to inspect the house, swept up have the ants and texted to say umbrella was clean underneath, we never got to use the pool, grill, or the pool furniture which was the attractions to the property. Also no basic t,v, provided. LIPSTICK ON A PIG!!!!!

Immaculate property in fantastic location for San Diego
We were supposed to be sent a pre-arrival pack by VRBO with all property details but we did not know this and it was not sent. However, our direct engagement with host answered all our questions and info pack was sent as soon as it was recognised to have been overlooked. Without info or prior engagement we would have struggled to locate the key - particularly in the dark. Property was immaculate and the pool surpassed our expectations. Kitchen was generously provisioned with appliances and utensils … but no kettle. Probably not an issue for a US guest but devastating for a UK family carrying a rucksack of tea bags! Failure to fully read the amenities we were a little disappointed to not have free use of a washing machine but this was quickly sorted by the owner. Similarly, the remotely applied limitations on AC was a huge disappointment. We tried desperately to accommodate this restriction but simply could not tolerate the 74 deg limit (again probably excusably because we are British) … but no sooner had we complained, the restrictions were lifted and we were able to enjoy the property to its maximum potential. Bedrooms were all great sizes with plenty of hanging space. Living room a great place to relax in the evening although without cable we resorted to streaming on our own media. The pool and outdoor area (on a western aspect - so perfect for breakfast and sunset) is the jewel of this home. Fantastic property and amazingly accommodating host who could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was perfect.

Wonderful property
My parents, my husband, daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and loved it! I was worried the pool would be cold but it was just fine. It was not a bad drive to get to balboa park area, the safari zoo and la Jolla area. The house was exactly how I had imagined from the online pictures. Jessica was quick to get back to me with any of my questions. Great stay!
