We had a really bad experience with the front desk staffs when we checked in on 2/19 around 8:30pm. There were two staff at the front desk while we walked into the lobby, however, as soon as we reached to the receiption desk, one lady walked away from the desk, and the gentleman at the desk was on the phone, he didn't even look at me or told me to just wait a moment till he finished his call. During the entire 10 -15 minutes of waiting, the gentleman continued talking on his phone, and didn't even make an eye contact with me. This is very bad service, considering this is not a motel and many business travelers stay in such hotels that near airports for the convenience to catch early flights next day, or attend conferences nearby. We were very disappointed by the service. And our room was far away, which I may not know the occupancy of the night for this resort, I would appreciate if the front desk staff check with us if we want to pick different room. Overall, it is a bad experience, if we may not consider to come back to this hotel since there are plenty of choices nearby.
