"The staff were great, when we got there the lock to our door was broken and we were promptly put into another room. Both rooms were very clean and tidy! The breakfast wasn’t much, just some pastries, waffles, and fruit options. We went into the pool and it was definitely not heated although the description said it was. The area was beautiful and I think the hotel is in a good spot compared to nearby restaurants and things to do!"

"El hotel se encuentra justo frente a un muelle cerca de la calle principal, puedes salir a caminar en una zona segura. El personal fue amable y el desayuno básico pero suficiente. Las instalaciones en general son un poco viejas y les vendría muy bien una actualización."

"It was easy to get to and close to restaurants and the mall. It was quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like was the low water pressure in the shower on the 4th floor. "

"I have been staying here since 2020 I like their breakfast. Although for some reason they have not served the breakfast tacos like before or burritos. I like it here close to everything."

"We really enjoyed the fact that we got a whole cottage with a kitchen and living room for the price of a regular hotel room. Pools were cool and had an attached snow cone shop. The place is older, so dont expect your room to look like the Hilton on the inside. We would definitely come back the next time we stay in Port A. "
