"The property was very close to as advertised but the description needs to be updated to be fully accurate. Yes, we were beachfront but tide chance of getting in the water. Very rough tide and beach littered with debris which we found to be very sad. Also, there was no hot water for the first two days which was surprising to us all. We ended up renting another house until it was fixed. Alex did cook us a couple great meals and that was a highlight. He was always popping in and out of the house....
