"Really nice hotel. The staff is is very nice and polite! Great cleaning. There is a free minibar. Comfortable room and lounge area. Breakfast is great and has many options. It was my birthday and they brang Cava to my room which was a very nice gesture! Location right next to bus and metro and close walking distance to many things."

"Grand Hyatt Barcelona is undoubtedly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had, even though my stay started with a small challenge. The first night, there was quite a bit of noise from the room above, which disturbed my sleep. When I mentioned this to the reception the next morning, they responded with incredible professionalism and kindness – I was immediately upgraded to a suite as compensation. The suite was a dream. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had extra amenities that made my stay even more luxurious. The view from the suite was absolutely stunning, and I truly felt valued as a guest. The hotel’s facilities are generally world-class, and I particularly enjoyed their spa, which is incredibly beautiful and modern – a true oasis of relaxation. However, it’s worth noting that access to the spa costs €35 per person per day, even for hotel guests. This came as a surprise, especially considering the high price of the stay. I had expected this luxury to be included. It would be fantastic if the spa became complimentary for guests or priced more reasonably – this would definitely enhance the overall value of the stay. A special thank you goes to the staff, who made my stay extraordinary. They were amazing – always helpful and attentive. I’d like to send a big thank you to Javier and Florencia, who truly made a difference with their kindness and dedication. They made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish."
