"We had a wonderful time on our girls trip. It was the perfect amount of beach time, chill time, shopping time, going out in the evening time…. The location of the house was wonderful! Close to everything, not far from other beaches and right on the beach. Highly recommend!"

"To have such a great house that needs attention. For the bad stuff that is so easily fixable if paying attention... Living area carpets, pillows and couches were filthy. We pulled blankets off the beds to cover the couches. Lighting, so may bulbs not working or so dim they were unusable. Pool house had a portable AC setting in the room vented out the window with duct tape. Master shower water pressure was so bad and all it took to fix was cleaning the screen filter. Beware of the 4 foot high...

"The house is big spacious and perfect location close to store Walmart and beach. The only upgrade needed is the washer is not working properly. Also the beds. Need to upgrade to better beds. And the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Pans are very old. Other than that we had a lot of fun it was great for a big family of 9 This is our 3rd year staying at this location. Thank you "

"Would recommend but could improve on the following: - Wifi (It was extremely slow) - Property manager communication (There was a situation with various non-secure door handles. The handle that was completely off was on the door leading out to the pool and resulted in a guest cutting their hand.)"

"Great location, Great room, and Great views. We did have some roaches all in the downstairs kitchen. The cleaning crew could do a better job of cleaning the floors and the bathrooms. Also, feel you should offer some kind of cleaning wipes or spays for counters. We had to go by our own and clean everything before using it."

"Great location right on the beach. Very clean place. We enjoyed our stay. The only hard part was the parking situation as stated in the other reviews. But I would def stay here again!"

"Property was amazing. Perfect location to beach and restaurants. My stay was perfect, above and beyond what I had imagined. I will stay again and book same property. "

"The condo is beautiful! Has everything you could need! This is the cleanest and most comfortable condo we have stayed in over the 14 years of coming to Destin. Jenna was wonderful and responded to my text quickly. Beds are comfortable which is hard to find. We will be back! "

"The home is spacious, but there are some things that should be addressed. The kitchen faucet leaks terribly. The cookware is absolutely horrible. No can opener. No oven mit or kitchen towels. The provided beach wagon was broken and we had to carry everything to the beach. This was a challenge with small kids. The other provided beach gear is also either broke or in poor shape. The hall bathroom shower only worked part of the time. The air quit working during our stay, but someone was there later...

"First off, Jenna is the best host ever and I have stayed in a lot of places. Unit was great. Clean. Beautifully decorated. Updated. Make sure you read the guide to get the Wi-Fi password. We are very familiar with the area having gone here for years so I didn’t read it due to lack of time. She was extremely quick with any question we had. The only improvement could be to have the Wi-Fi password posted somewhere in the unit. Not a big deal though. You will not regret booking here."
