"I love the Great Customer Service, Becky is awesome! Always so friendly, very helpful , my Bestie and I really think she is so nice ! The rooms are just like you would find at an Inn, very comfortable beds , fireplace is perfect and this time we had the ocean view room and we were able to see the most beautiful sunset the first night we arrived. Last time we had a view of the river and just as nice ❤️❤️❤️"

"Great location and wonder ocean view. However, for a hotel at this price level it's problematic that wifi - and only very slow wifi at that - is only available in a few communal locations, and not in the lodges. It is also problematic that a hotel in a remote location has kitchen facilities in the lodges, but neither utensils nor cookware."

"This is a remote place that I planned to go to, in order to escape the city. On Saturday the guests were mostly parents with young children. The Lodge Center was like a pediatric clinic at all times of day and evening. I was seated at dinner there, paying at $40- 60 price point menu, in a darker hall way next to an area where 2- 3 infants were crawling around,one at the table next to ours unattended. The Sunday night stay was much better, no kids and less dogs. "

"Although the hotel is going through some renovations, most of the cabins are complete and they are beautiful! It is a quiet part of Jenner where this motel is situated, right off Highway 1. It's easy to miss this gem, after driving through the twists and turns of the great PCH. "This may be the most comfortable house we’ve stayed if. The couch, rocking chairs and beds were just right. The shower was hot and had great water flow. The redwood trees are so lovely and the outside lighting added to the enjoyment after dark. Little charming, thoughtful details were an added bonus, especially the live plants. We plan to come back."

"Amazing property and retreat, just what we were looking for. Didn’t have signal so definitely come prepared with downloaded instructions and maps. WiFi works great. WiFi password initially said it was incorrect but just restarting the router did the trick. Kitchen fully stocked with herbs and spices and plenty of cookware, cutlery and even ziplock bags and foil. House is literally surrounded by woods and we saw plenty of deer. We loved it and will be coming back!"

"This house had everything we needed and then some. It was clean, big, comfortable and in the perfect location. The house had such a warm and inviting feel with a beachy family vibe to it.
