"We arrived late which we had advised. There was no light outside and the heating was not on - pitch dark and freezing cold. The light in the small bedroom and the corridor was not working. The office was closed, no one answered the phone nor the mails I sent. The fan at the toilet was as noisy as a helicopter, as was the aircon/heating."

"Booked a couples room but wasn't impressed when we opened the door. SUPER tiny room, we could barely open our luggage in the room. The walls weren't up all the way to the ceiling so we couldn't talk or look at something on our laptop without disturbing everyone else in the building. Our bed squeaked every time we moved, even just a tiny bit. Disturbed everyone! There was NO wifi. A plus was that we only had to share the bathroom with another couple. "The property was beautiful, clean, big and well equipped. I did however requested a ocean view room and thought that was what I paid for. On our arrival they said the booking was not for a ocean view. It was a bit disappointed as ocean view was the ONLY request we wanted for our weekend away. H&M "
