"Perfect hotel in the center of Tokyo "

"Had an overall pleasant stay at the hotel. Room was definitely a bit small but nothing unusual for Japan. The services available at the hotel such as laundry were mediocre. Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. Not impressed by the restaurant / room service options and the taxi service was a mess. Other than that the place was pleasant and comfortable. "

"Located in departures in terminal 3, this hotel has everything you need for an early morning flight, as you literally walk right out to the check in counters, when you exit the hotel. Nice and clean hotel"

"Great location close to Shinagawa station. Okay hotel room, good view. A little bit "old"/not very fancy, but nice and clean. It is a big hotel with a check-in machine. Not very personal."

"Fantastic hotel and pool was amazing. Family friendly. Hotel seems a bit old though. Did not understand we had to pay for pool access and limited time to be there and different prices each day for the access. Felt like the hotel staff are paid on how much extra they can get out of the tourits on this. Also they did not have a free shuttle to Disneyland. As a family u walk to nearby shuttle train and easy access to Disneyland after that. Hotel far from the city and taxis expensive to pay to get back and forward. Not much in the area of the harbour so we ended up going to the city instead the days we were not in Disneyland"

"Hotellet er ikke centralt beliggende, men ligger lige ved siden af en metro st og nogle super lokale og billige restauranter. Alt fungerede helt optimalt, meget hjælpsom personale, god morgenmad og skøn onsen."
