"Be careful of surprises"

"Situated 15 minutes from the international airport. We stayed there for 3 days before going back to Denmark. The hotel was extremely nice and clean. Had a nice bathroom and good beds. The staff was englishspeaking and very helpfull. The hotel is located in a nice area, with a huge shoppingcentre opposite it and a another big shoppingcentre 5 minutes away. "Wonderful place to stay close to the airport. The grounds were lovely and the room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable with delicious full breakfasts that varied slightly every day. The decor in the main house was unique and a lot of fun. There was a pool and a games room as well. There was no indoor heating in the rooms, but the bed had two heated blankets that kept us comfortable at night. We brought our 6-month old baby and they were very accommodating. "Wonderful historic property that has been updated and has both warmth and style. The staff pampered my family and introduced us to Ecuadorian new year traditions on the rooftop terrace with the other guests that was a memorable and unexpected way to ring in the new year. The restaurant is a fabulous showcase of Ecuadorian cuisine and excellent cocktails and fine wine. First class in every respect. I recommend without reservation."

"Ældre og nedslidte værelser - slidte møbler etc. Morgenmadsbuffet meget begrænset og "plain" Jeg havde betalt ekstra for at have Lounge adgang, hvilket var en enorm skuffelse, Lounge var ikke åben i åbningstiderne (ingen morgenmad) der var ingen personale når der var åbent og standarden var meget ringe, ligesom der ikke blev ryddet op på bordene etc., det "varme" mad var koldt og ulækker. "
