"I booked this very last minute for a short (2 night) stay. They were very quick to reply and confirm. It was a big place for a one bedroom on a island. It was very clean, well decorated and with a nice view of the ocean and planes coming in to land. The air-conditioning worked well and I was happy to find the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The location worked well for me, there was a charge for parking, but it is gated and guarded. When I had an issue logging onto the wifi I sent a msg via the VRBO...

"Just arrived home after a two week stay at this wonderful property. The house is very spacious and very well stocked! The outdoor space was used every day and the pool is right out the back door! Probably the best thing about this property is the commute to the beach. Walk across the parking lot and you are there with restaurants and shops a short walk away. I would not hesitate to recommend this property "

"This property is beautiful. The bed is heavenly. The rooftop pool is fabulous, especially if you love watching the planes take off and land. If this is your first time in SXM, just know that this location on the island is right beside the airport. The jets are loud. Bring earplugs to sleep. If you want absolute peace and quiet, this part of the island probably isn’t the best for that. The kitchen is well appointed. They do provide one beach towel but it’s not very think so if we go back we would...
