"The home was as described. It was clean and in a great community with many amenities. We had 7 adults and 2 6 year olds and was not crowded. Lisa was alwsys very quick replying if we reached out to her. We had hoped for snow but since it didnt snow the indoor pool was a great option. I would recomend staying with Lisa if you going to the Poconos."

"We spent two nights at Brown Bear with two other families, totaling 12 people. The house is amazing and exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice, we were blown away when we arrived. You can tell the owners take extremely good care of their vacation home. "This unit has obviously been remodeled recently. They did a good job on the remodel and the space is well put together. I was impressed by the fact that all rooms have a large screen TV and are setup for streaming. Made for good entertainment when we were home and the rooms were well equiped with bedding and blankets. I was surprised with the price as it clearly has plenty of upgrades and was well done. Would stay here again if in the area. "
